Robb Evans, President

Robb founded Greater Phoenix Advisors, Inc. in 2007.  With more than 25 years of senior management experience in marketing strategy and product development, Robb and Greater Phoenix Advisors are committed to help business owners throughout the Valley grow their revenues and maximize profitability.  It is Robb’s personal belief, however, that it is equally important to do so in a way that is consistent with the owners’ personal character and style.  Likewise, the real objective is to make sure the client’s business is a vehicle for achieving the owner’s personal goals, rather than the business becoming a heavy burden that is actually hindering the owner from achieving his or her vision of personal “success”.  Robb is also a certified facilitator for The Alternative Board (www.TAB-PhoenixMetro.com); as such, he places business owners onto Advisory Boards, where the owners provide each other with direct input into the strategies and execution activities being employed to grow their businesses.   

Robb has previously held senior positions with some of the nation’s leading financial institutions, and he has driven the product management & development and marketing functions at leading technology companies serving the risk management and payment functions of banks and corporate clients.  In 1998, Robb founded a software development and consulting company, Orion Management Solutions (www.orionmanagementsolutions.com), and built a successful organization that has helped numerous clients successfully launch new product lines and grow existing ones.  Persuaded to return to the corporate world a few years later, he again drove the product and marketing functions for several software and service companies before recently deciding to use GPA as the vehicle for applying his unique strategy and marketing disciplines to innovate at small and medium-sized companies throughout the greater metropolitan Phoenix area.

Lastly, Robb presently serves as president of the Phoenix Business Owners Association.  This group of Phoenix-area business owners meets on a regular basis for purposes of helping one another grow their respective businesses, and to give back to the community.  Through a series of educational events, business advisory panels and community service activities, this group of business owners is making a strong impact on the overall health, vitality and well-being of the greater Phoenix area.
